Autism Spectrum Support
Individual Support
I work with adults on the autism spectrum using a strengths-based approach that celebrates your unique talents and perspective. Therapy is all about helping you build on what makes you you—your way of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world. Together, you’ll develop skills to advocate for yourself, handle challenges in relationships or work, and find practical ways to thrive. The goal is to help you feel confident and supported in embracing your differences and living the life you want.
Caregiver Support
I offer evidence-based strategies and psycho-education to support caregivers in understanding the complexities of autism, manage caregiver stress, and enhance family dynamics. Through individualized therapeutic interventions, I assists caregivers in developing effective coping skills and fostering a supportive environment conducive to the well-being of both the individual with autism and their family system.

Whether you’re an autistic adult seeking therapy, or a caregiver trying to support someone you love, I’m here to walk with you.

Meet Kathleen!
Kathleen is my little sister who has been diagnosed with Autism, as well as Down syndrome. Kathleen has taught me so much about acceptance, compassion, and how different brains function! She is my driving force behind helping individuals feel a sense of belonging.
I believe growing up with a little sister on the Autism Spectrum has given me a real, personal understanding of what it’s like to be neurodivergent. That experience helps me connect with and support adults with Autism in a way that’s compassionate and down-to-earth.
