What We Will Work On Together
-
Explore early caregiving experiences and relational patterns across the lifespan.
Identify whether you lean toward anxious, avoidant, disorganized, or secure styles (don’t worry, I’ll teach you)!
-
Reflect on attachment-related triggers (e.g., fear of abandonment, discomfort with intimacy).
Process and explore how these dynamics show up in current relationships
Validate emotional needs while gently challenging defensive or self-sabotaging behaviors.
-
Use real-life examples to identify communication habits that are protective but unhelpful.
Look at cycles, such as: “When you feel unheard, you get louder—your partner withdraws, and then you feel abandoned.”
-
Early relationships—especially with caregivers—create internal narratives of self and others that can effect our current relationships:
“Am I lovable?”
“Can I rely on others?”
“Is vulnerability safe?”
When our relationships feel off, we feel off. Relationships are a driving force in our lives that play a great role into our overall health, happiness, and well-being.
