You Deserve Happy, Healthy Relationships

Maybe You’re Noticing:

  • Clinginess or emotional dependence

  • Constant need for reassurance

  • Difficulty trusting a partner’s love or commitment

  • Overanalyzing texts, tone, or changes in behavior

  • Emotionally distant or shut down during conflict

  • Difficulty expressing needs or feelings

  • Pulling away when things get too close

  • Push-pull dynamics (wanting love, then withdrawing)

Whether you are in a current relationship, dating, or single and wanting to widen your knowledge about yourself, I’m here to help bring security and wholeness to not only you, but your relationships!

What We Will Work On Together

    • Explore early caregiving experiences and relational patterns across the lifespan.

    • Identify whether you lean toward anxious, avoidant, disorganized, or secure styles (don’t worry, I’ll teach you)!

    • Reflect on attachment-related triggers (e.g., fear of abandonment, discomfort with intimacy).

    • Process and explore how these dynamics show up in current relationships

    • Validate emotional needs while gently challenging defensive or self-sabotaging behaviors.

    • Use real-life examples to identify communication habits that are protective but unhelpful.

    • Look at cycles, such as: “When you feel unheard, you get louder—your partner withdraws, and then you feel abandoned.”

  • Early relationships—especially with caregivers—create internal narratives of self and others that can effect our current relationships:

    • “Am I lovable?”

    • “Can I rely on others?”

    • “Is vulnerability safe?”

When our relationships feel off, we feel off. Relationships are a driving force in our lives that play a great role into our overall health, happiness, and well-being.
