I am conveniently located at 2900 Westown Parkway Suite 220, West Des Moines, IA 50266.

I also offer tele-health sessions for individuals who may prefer virtual.

I accept Wellmark BCBS (Iowa and Out-of-State) and cash rate of $190 Intake/$175 ongoing sessions.

I will ask you for your e-mail address, phone number, whether you prefer in-person or online, and if you will be using insurance. This information will allow me to create a secure profile for you in my system. You will be prompted to login and start new client paperwork, which takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

Once that is completed, we will work together to schedule your first appointment!

My goal at the end of the first session is to have a good understanding of what life feels like in your shoes. This will include me getting to know what has brought you to therapy, the goals you want to reach, and anything else you feel comfortable sharing. I understand coming to a first session can be difficult and nerve-wrecking, so I never push you to share information you are not comfortable with yet!

I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska Omaha, alongside being a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Iowa.
